Experience:  Rob Cinq-Mars offers a unique combination of important skills relating to the field of hydrokinetics by combining decades of engineering and renewable energy expertise with years spent working on and in the ocean as a licensed master, former commercial fisherman and certified diver.  This unique convergence of skills provides a rare and unique ability to understand the technologies, the water resources, and the concerns of those potentially impacted by implementation.  Rob has actively contributed to, and participated in, the formation of the new and evolving FERC and MMS regulatory processes for new technology hydrokinetics.
